Refund Policy

MARGUERITE'S POLICY:

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN INVOICE IS SENT
  • REMAINING BALANCE DUE 2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT
  • ANY CHANGES/ADD-ONS NEED TO BE MADE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT. LAST MIN CHANGES WILL COST YOU!
  • ANY LAST MIN ORDERS (WEEK NOTICE) WILL HAVE AN EXPEDITED FEE, NO EXCEPTIONS! TO AVOID THESE CHARGES PLEASE ORDER AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE!
  • I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS (UNLESS IT WAS MY FAULT)
  • CANCELLATIONS (WITHIN 2 WEEK PERIOD)- IF YOU PAID MORE THEN YOUR DEPOSIT YOU CAN GET THE DIFFERANCE OF THAT BALANCE REFUNDED. (DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE) EXAMPLE: $1000 DEPOSIT BUT YOU PAID AN EXTRA $500 ON YOUR BALANCE, YOU WILL GET YOUR $500 REFUNDED BACK TO YOU!
  • POSTPONED- IF YOUR EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED WITHIN 2 WEEK OF YOUR EVENT YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES!

RE-BOOKING FEE

IF YOU’VE PAID IN FULL AND YOUR EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO WHATEVER REASON AT THE LAST MIN, IT’LL BE A RE-BOOKING FEE FOR ME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. TIME IS SOMETHING I CANT GET BACK AND ITS NOT FREE!

RE-BOOKING FEE COVERS MY TIME SPENT REBUYING, PREPPING AND RE-COOKING YOUR FOOD. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR FOOD AGAIN JUST MY TIME.
